Biryani Banano: Ek Shundor Recipe 🍚🍗

 



Biryani toiri kora ekta shundor ebong ranna kora chaite bishal ekta process, kintu boro anondo paben. Ekhane basic biryani recipe diyechi:


Biryani Bananor Upokoron:

  1. Basmati Chaul – 2 cup 🍚

  2. Murgi (chicken) – 500 gm 🍗 (or beef, mutton, or any meat you prefer)

  3. Piyaz – 2 ta 🧅 (kaccha, boriyechhito)

  4. Tomato – 2 ta 🍅 (bariyato)

  5. Dhania pata (Coriander leaves) – 1/4 cup 🌿

  6. Pudina pata (Mint leaves) – 1/4 cup 🌱

  7. Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp 🧄

  8. Yogurt (dahi) – 1/4 cup 🍶

  9. Biryani masala – 2 tbsp 🌶️

  10. Garam masala – 1 tsp 🌿

  11. Salt – taste on demand 🧂

  12. Saffron – 1/2 tsp (optional, for color) 🌸

  13. Ghee or oil – 3 tbsp 🧈

  14. Whole spices (Dalchini, Elaichi, Laung, Tejpatta) – 2-3 pieces of each 🌶️

  15. Lemon – 1 ta 🍋

  16. Water – for cooking rice and meat 💧


Biryani Bananor Paddhoti:

1. Chaul Bananor Prokriya:

  • Pothome basmati chaul bhalo kore dhoye 30 minute dhore paani te bhije rekhe din. 💧

  • Ekta patila te pani gormo kore chaul gulo diye, 1 tbsp salt, 2 ta tejpatta, 2-3 elaichi, 1 inch dalchini diye 10-12 minute chaul partially ranna korben. Chaul purai poila na hoileo, ektu kachcha thakte hobe. Ekhane chaul pura ranna korte hobe na, karon biryani ranna hole chaul porer step e aro ranna hobe. 🍚

2. Murgir Marinade:

  • Murgir tukro gulo dhoye niye, ekta bowl e ranna hobay emon marinade banate hobe. 🍗

  • Tarpor, marinade korte hobe ginger-garlic paste, biryani masala, garam masala, dahi, lebu er rosh, salt ebong 1 tbsp ghee. 1-2 ghonta murgi ke marinade kore rakhben. 🧄🍋

3. Biryani Keemti (Gravy) Banano:

  • Ekta boro frying pan e ghee / tel garam kore, piyaz (kaccha) diye bhaja, jeno piyaz golden brown hoy. 🧅

  • Tarpor, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, ebong rosh masala diye bhalo kore bhaja. 🍅🧄

  • Murgi mara dekhe diye tar por murgi ranna korte thaka. 🍗

  • Ekhane bhaja hoye jaoya por, yogurt diye aro 5-10 minute ranna korte thakben. 🍶

4. Biryani Layering:

  • Ekta boro biryani pot e, pate pore murgir gravy diye chaul layer korben. 🍚🍗

  • Tarpor chaul e mint patta, dhonia pata, ghee, ebong saffron (jodi use koren) diye, ranna murgir kichu tukro deya hobe. 🌿🌸

  • Pot er uppore ekta cover dia, dheere dheere chula ranna korte thakben 15-20 minute. ⏲️

5. Serve Kora:
