Ilish Maachh (Hilsa fish) – 4-6 pieces 🐟 (about 500gm)

Halud (Turmeric powder) – 1/2 tsp 🌿

Namak (Salt) – to taste 🧂

Lebu (Lemon) – 1 ta 🍋

Shorsher Tel (Mustard oil) – 3-4 tbsp 🛢️

Kalo Jeera (Nigella seeds) – 1/2 tsp (optional) 🌱

Green Chilies (Bora) – 2-3 ta 🌶️ (optional)

Garlic paste (Roshun bata) – 1 tsp (optional) 🧄
Ilish Bhaja Bananor Paddhoti:
1. Ilish Maachh Prepare Kora:

Ilish maachh ta bhalo kore dhoye, extra pani chhane niye niben.

Fish gulo ke thoda sojhe pieces e katben, jate ranna sohoje hoy. 🐟

Tarpor, maachher opore halud, namak ebong 1 tbsp lebu er rosh diye, 15-20 minute marinate korte den. 🍋🌿
2. Shorsher Tel Garam Kora:

Ekta boro frying pan e shorsher tel garam korben. 🛢️

Jodi chaile, kalo jeera (nigella seeds) ar bora (green chili) diye garmotake aro flavor ditei paren. 🌶️🌱

3. Ilish Bhaja Ranna Kora:

Maachh gulo ke 3-4 minute kore pratek dike bhaja korte hobe.
